Delete your account

This permanently deletes your Build Phaze account. It doesn't cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. That's billed directly by Apple or Google, so cancel it separately from your device's subscription settings if you have one.

This can't be undone. You can also do this in the app, under Account > Delete account. The app asks you to confirm it's you with your password (or a code we email you, if you've forgotten it), and it also removes your plan from that device, which this page can't do.

How it works

1. Enter the email address of your Build Phaze account and tap Send code.
2. Enter the code we email you. That's how we check it's you.
3. Your account is deleted straight away.

If you can't get the code, email support@buildphaze.app and we'll reply within one month.

What is deleted

Your account (email address, display name and password), your feedback and support requests, and the record of the terms you accepted. These are removed from our systems straight away. Copies in our providers' backups are overwritten as those backups roll over.

What is kept

• Your renovation plan. It lives on your device only and we never held it, so deleting your account here doesn't touch it. Deleting your account in the app removes it from that device as well; otherwise delete the app or reset your device to remove it.
• Billing records. Apple, Google and our subscription provider keep these for as long as the law and their own policies require. To ask for the subscription record to be removed, email support@buildphaze.app.
• Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports. They aren't linked to you, so we can't find and delete yours. They are kept for a limited period.
